The new Chrome version forces the new Windows 10 Titlebar which overrides any custom Windows theme titlebar.
To fix this: Go to chrome://flags/#windows10-custom-titlebar
- and Disable the Custom-drawn Windows 10 Titlebar property.
Done. You can enjoy Windows 10 theme once again in Chrome.

DeleteI had this problem too. You can fix it in Chrome by going to chrome://flags and setting "UI Layout for the browser's top chrome" to "Normal".
