The new Chrome version forces the new Windows 10 Titlebar which overrides any custom Windows theme titlebar.

To fix this: Go to chrome://flags/#windows10-custom-titlebar
 - and Disable the Custom-drawn Windows 10 Titlebar property.

Done. You can enjoy Windows 10 theme once again in Chrome.

  1. Hey Cleo Thanks for this Info
I Currently have another problem with Chrome new version.
Im using Pure Black Green Theme and before Chrome Address Bar was Black. This was really cool, But now with Chrome new version, Address Bar is White
Do you think is possible to fix Theme so Address Bar is Black again?

    1. Have you use theme in folder "Theme Fix Background White For Office"

    2. I had this problem too. You can fix it in Chrome by going to chrome://flags and setting "UI Layout for the browser's top chrome" to "Normal".

  2. Thanks Cleo and PurpleMonkeyDishwasher, it worked, setting the UI Layout flag to "normal" fix this problem, really cool chrome is all black again. Thanks a lot for this info
